The Secret Language of Poop

Every morning, a quick glance while squatting or sitting reveals the most direct whispers of your body. The shades of color and the thickness of the curves are not only a quick sketch of intestinal function but also gentle warnings for your health. Paying attention early can help you avoid unseen problems.

Clues Revealed by Color

Yellowish-brown, like ripe longan, smooth and lubricated, is proof of perfect harmony between bile and gut flora, everything functioning smoothly.

Black, sticky, like tar, don’t ignore it; it often indicates bleeding in the upper intestines. Iron supplements or dark-colored foods may occasionally cause this, but if it persists, seek medical attention immediately.

Dark green, like a deep forest, indicates excessive fruit and vegetable intake or overly rapid peristalsis; dull grayish-white is a warning sign for the liver and gallbladder; bright red indicates abnormalities in the lower intestines. These changes, like autumn leaves, require timely detection.

The Story Told by Shape

Using the Bristol Atlas, a medical classification system, poop is divided into seven stages, from hard lumps to watery stools, each telling its own story.

| Type | Appearance Description | Intestinal Whispers |

| 1-2 | Hard beads or cracked strips | Lack of fiber and moisture, constipation is coming |

| 3-4 | Smooth like a banana or cracked like a sausage | The golden state, harmonious and comfortable |

| 5-6 | Soft clumps or pasty texture | Poor absorption, on the verge of diarrhea |

| 7 | Completely liquid and loose sand | Acute infection, do not delay treatment |

Ideally, it should be type three or four, like a flowing stream. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, chew more, and drink warm water to maintain this comfort.

Daily Rules

Eat more and drink more, maintain a regular sleep schedule, and let your intestines function smoothly like an old friend. If abnormalities persist, see a doctor to find out the cause; early treatment leads to early recovery. Understand your body’s whispers, and life will be as light as the wind.
